Foresight Gathering Press Policy
In previous years, this conference has been off-the-record, to enable members to speak more bluntly than they can when their comments might end up in print, possibly with their organizational affiliation listed as well.
This year we're experimenting with an on-the-record meeting. A few press invitations are being issued, but we need to keep the numbers down to keep the flavor of the meeting as it has been in the past -- with full participation, not overly diluted with those whose role is primarily to observe.
Members of the press are also welcome to join as Senior Associates and attend the event as full members, or to apply for a press pass to our annual technical conference, next held October 2002.
