The conference focus will be on engineering issues related to nanoelectronics, circuits, architectures, sensor systems, integration, reliability and manufacturing in addition to fundamental issues such as modeling growth/synthesis, characterization, etc. he conference will feature plenary, invited, and contributed papers (oral and poster sessions) thematically arranged according to the following topics.
