Marianna Krell is the Chief Operating Officer of e184, where she is responsible for day-to-day strategy execution across the company — hiring the team, setting up operations from the ground up, and embedding AI into operational and scientific processes.
With 20+ years across international markets, she has done the full range — from standing up a startup from scratch (key team and partners within a couple of months) to building transparent operational and project management across multiple companies.
She has worked across MedTech and nuclear engineering, consulting at PwC, and Orange Business Services. Certified in strategy, change management, and executive coaching, and a TEDx speaker, she rolls up her sleeves and turns ambitious goals into measurable outcomes.
