Juanita Mathews

Currently, I am a staff scientist at Tufts University with Dr. Michael Levin at the Allen Discovery Center. I am working to understand novel bioelectric controls of cell-cell interactions. Specifically, ion channel modulation of glioblastoma and stem cell differentiation. My other projects have involved altering cellular resting membrane potentials to control the innervation of murine muscle cells grown in 2D and in ex vivo explants.
