Brian Kennedy

Brian K. Kennedy is a leading researcher in the biology of aging and healthy longevity.

He is a Distinguished Professor at the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, National University of Singapore, where he directs the Healthy Longevity Translational Research Programme and the Asian Centre for Reproductive Longevity and Equality. His research has helped define key mechanisms of aging, including the roles of sirtuins and the mTOR pathway.

With more than 240 scientific publications, Kennedy now focuses on interventions that can extend healthspan and on biomarkers of biological aging. He previously served as President and CEO of the Buck Institute for Research on Aging and remains active in the longevity sector as a founder, advisor, and consultant to biotechnology, diagnostics, and healthy-aging companies.
