As an entrepreneur becoming a cancer survivor was a reality check. Health is the real wealth without which not much else matters. Minimizing the time to finding a solution to a major health challenge is all someone experiencing one cares about.

Unfortunately, those developing solutions to health challenges are often don’t need, or even often want, their own products or services and, without driver, naturally things take longer than they would if those in need were in charge.

I founded OpenCures to empower individuals to use the best science available to maintain and restore their health while at the same time creating a health technology development ecosystem that can provide solutions in the shortest possible period of time, giving all of us more healthy time to spend with those we love.

Waiting for others to do it for us isn’t working.
