Stephen Restaino

As Catalyst’s Managing Director, Stephen and his team are responsible for all Residential and Commercial Real Estate Lending transactions (purchasing, refinancing, constructing), servicing High Net Worth’s, Expatriates, Business Owners, and Professionals alike.

Stephen has been with Catalyst Group since inception, working within the financial services industry for over 10 years. Since joining in 2013 Stephen has worked his way through to master (and train his staff in) Mortgage Broker Support, Lending Advisor, Business Development, and Sales Management. Stephen has personally introduced over a billion dollars in real estate finance transactions.

Stephen has been recognised as a top industry performer on several occasions, most recently being recognised as Australia’s #1 Mortgage Broker in the MPA Top 100 Brokers 2024 and No.1 for Volume for The Adviser’s Elite Broker Ranking.
