I'm currently exploring what's next. Areas of interest include emerging technologies, US-China geopolitics, and tech policy. I was most recently building better payments infrastructure at Zage as engineer #1. I occassionaly angel invest. I've wanted to be a film director, astrophysicist, and diplomat. In college, I studied CS and international relations, co-founded a non-profit venture capital fund, and became agnostic. Over the past few years I've worked across engineering, product, and growth teams at five seed-series B startups and $WISH. I also invested at venture firms in Shanghai and SF and helped raised a $50M fund. I enjoy stand-up comedy, ancient history, and most sports. I check Yelp photos before ordering, watch videos at 2x speed, and will try most things at least once. I try to avoid sugar, pessimism, hypocrisy, and dogmatism. Cowards die many times before their death.
