Agata is a member of the investment team at Pace Ventures, where she specializes in sourcing and evaluating startups in the healthtech and cleantech sectors. Additionally, she serves as the regional Head of Programs at Nucleate Germany, a student-led nonprofit organization that provides a collaborative and supportive environment for biotech founders. Agata also worked as a Venture Scout at First Momentum Ventures and participated in Humboldt's Innovation Startup Incubator for several years. Agata is a multidisciplinary researcher with expertise in chemistry, biology, and optics. She earned her PhD from the Max Planck Institute of Colloids and Interfaces, where she focused on developing new biosensors for the food industry using soft micro-robotics and optics to detect bacteria in food.
