Adam Molnar is the Co-Founder and COO at Neurable, a neurotechnology company backed by over $40M in funding. He leads licensing and growth strategy across commercial and defense sectors—closing $5M+ in contracts with the U.S. Air Force, Army, and allied defense partners, and advancing licensing deals with 5+ major OEMs, including the first large-scale BCI license. His work spans brain health, human performance, and neurotechnology commercialization, with partnerships across government, military, commercial, and academic stakeholders. Adam advises the Institute for Neuroethics, contributes to international neural data policy, and has been recognized in a GAO report on BCI and Forbes 30 Under 30 in Consumer Technology.
