Aurelia Song

Aurelia Song (formerly Robert Louis McIntyre; born September 26, 1988) is a research scientist and MIT graduate[4] who, in January 2016, founded research company Nectome, which she is a CEO of.

Formerly, she was a researcher at 21st Century Medicine (21CM), where her team won the Brain Preservation Foundation’s Small Mammal Brain Preservation Prize on February 9, 2016, and the Large Mammal Brain Preservation Prize on March 13, 2018. Aldehyde-stabilized cryopreservation was used in both cases.

A former member of the Alcor Life Extension Foundation, she is not signed up for cryopreservation as of 2022.
