Avery Krieger
Avery is a Stanford and UPenn-trained systems neuroscientist whose work spans flies, primates, and humans. His scientific contributions include whole-brain predictive modeling and proprioceptive integration for neuroprosthetic BCI alongside collaborators who later founded Neuralink. He brings a deep command of multimodal state inference, high-dimensional behavioral analytics, and complex experimental design. As a serial founder and entrepreneur, he has a track record of turning passions and science into real products, from foundation model of humans deep-tech company to a pet behavioral monitoring startup to a decade-long photography business serving executive and biotech clients. His leadership is grounded in praxis on belonging-oriented organizational design, formal training in critical consciousness, and a long contemplative practice shaped by meditation and neuroscience. This mix of scientific rigor, operational range, and values-driven design informs how he builds teams and the multimodal human-state modeling technology at the core of Constellation.
