Gavin Morley

As a Professor in Warwick Physics, my group develops quantum technology hardware and materials science using nitrogen-vacancy (NV) centres in diamond. We’ve broken records for spin coherence times in both bulk and nanodiamond, built the most sensitive fibre-coupled diamond magnetometers, realised the first NV tensor gradiometer, and built the most accurate and precise EPR spectrometer.
