Mark Davis

Dr. Mark Davis is an entrepreneur and technologist in the field of semiconductors, communications, signal processing, and system design. He was a founder of semiconductor company VIA Telecom (威睿电通), a profitable company that sold >130M cellular chipsets, and was acquired by Intel Corporation in 2015. Thereafter he worked in cellular/UTM and was a founder of the ACJA (www.gutma.org/acja). Currently he focuses on resistive non-volatile memory, and security and computing applications. Areas of specialty include: • Cellular modems and radio systems. • Semiconductor design, fabrication, production. • Embedded Software. • Microcontrollers and security/crptograhy ICs.
