Molly MacKinlay

Molly Mackinlay leads Engineering & Research at Protocol Labs R&D and is CEO of FilOz, an independent public-goods protocol development team advancing the Filecoin network. She oversees work across protocol development, product development, and research, including core Filecoin infrastructure and network upgrades.
She is also a Venture Partner at PLVS, Protocol Labs’ venture studio, where she helps turn research breakthroughs and emerging technologies into new startups and public-goods projects. Through FilOz, she has played a leading role in the development of Filecoin Onchain Cloud, a programmable, verifiable cloud platform that brings storage, retrieval, payments, and other services onchain.
