Natasha Karner

Natasha Karner is a PhD candidate at RMIT University and a Junior Associate Fellow at NATO Defence College. She specializes in emerging technologies and global security, with a particular interest in Autonomous Weapons Systems (AWS) and Artificial Intelligence (AI). She is an Emerging Expert at the Forum on the Arms Trade and a member of BASIC’s Emerging Voices on nuclear weapons policy. She has published on military AI applications, drone warfare, and nuclear weapon early warning systems.
