Ryan Ly

I lead the development of open data infrastructure for large-scale science. As Technical Lead of Neurodata Without Borders, I build and maintain a data standard and software ecosystem used by 150+ labs worldwide to analyze and share complex neural and behavioral datasets. I work with diverse research groups to standardize their data for AI/ML workflows, optimize their data pipelines, and develop custom solutions to meet their scientific needs. I also lead technical working groups and organize training events to support the global neuroscience developer community.
