Previously, Ryan co-founded and led Chia Network, a company that created a digital currency that relies on proofs of space and time for consensus, a form of distributed consensus that improves on Bitcoin’s proof of work. Ryan also ran the digital asset and blockchain strategy at Neighborly Corporation, a fintech company that democratizes access to public finance.
