Sam Chapman

Sam is the Community Lead of Sentient Futures (formerly AI for Animals), where he supports a growing network of individuals working to make the future go well for all sentient beings.

Previously, Sam worked at Electric Sheep, helping to run their programs — The Futurekind AI Fellowship and Code 4 Compassion — which support practical applications of AI to protect animals. Earlier in his career, Sam worked as an Economist and Data Scientist for the UK Government and volunteered extensively in political campaigning for the UK Labour Party.
