Beyond Microbial Resistance: Nonprofit Roadmap to AMR Solutions
With Sofya Lebedeva
Antimicrobial Resistance (AMR) poses a global health threat as microbes adapt to resist standard treatments. This presentation delineates the challenges and solutions, underscoring the imperative for innovative strategies to counter the overuse and misuse of antimicrobials. ARMoR, a non-profit, is actively contributing to the fight against AMR through evidence-driven research, advocacy, and strategic policy initiatives. Our focus centres on market-shaping “pull incentives” to facilitate new antimicrobial development. The presentation succinctly outlines ARMoR’s ongoing projects and invites potential collaboration.
