Recently accelerating progress on space science and technologies has opened up new frontiers and possible governance challenges, as well as opportunities to make our future in space accessible, peaceful, and flourishing.
The 2024 Space Futures & Governance Workshop invites leading space-oriented scientists and technologists, as well as researchers and practitioners focused on governance, law, economics, and related areas to explore emerging opportunities at the intersection of space technology and governance.
After introductory presentations, we will curate a short list of challenges participants would like to work on, and break out into working groups to make progress on leading challenges before regathering for discussion and next steps.
