Bartu is a founding Director at the Center for Space Governance. He is also a research partner at Oxford University and a fellow at the International Strategy Forum. Previously, he has worked in venture capital at Seraphim Space, innovation analysis at the European Space Agency (ESA), and co-founded the AI startup Autoplay. Bartu has a Law degree from University College London and a Master’s in International Affairs from Columbia University, where he was awarded a full scholarship to research space policy and AI governance. He is interested in how emerging technologies will shape the future of human civilization, while preserving our cultural heritage and social experiences.
