Nanotech to be used extensively at North Pole

Multiple press releases received from the North Pole describe current and planned uses of nanotech:

        (1) A new sleigh made using carbon nanotubes is expected to complete tonight’s rounds in half the time normally required, due to the higher speeds made possible by this strong material,

        (2) Santa Claus will be wearing a suit made entirely of Nanotex stain-resistant material, to reduce the problem of soot adherence and staining,

        (3) Joining the international nanotech race, Claus announced a US$1 billion R&D program for productive nanosystems, declaring, “The environmental benefits of manufacturing our large volume of toys using this extremely clean manufacturing technology make this a compelling long-term investment.”

Merry Christmas and/or generic Happy Holidays to all. —Christine
