Allison Duettmann

Allison Duettmann is President and CEO of Foresight Institute, a San Francisco nonprofit advancing frontier technology for the benefit of life since 1986. She leads the institute’s grants, fellowships, and prizes across AI, longevity biotech, molecular nanotechnology, and neurotechnology. She founded Existentialhope.com and co-created Foresight’s AI Science & Safety Grant Program, the Norm Hardy Prize for Computer Security, and the Longevity Prize. She is a Venture Partner at Mythos VC, a juror for SPRIND’s Frontier AI Challenge, and a member of the Biomarker of Aging Consortium Steering Committee, and she advises organizations including the Filecoin Foundation and Neuromatch. She holds an MS in Philosophy & Public Policy from the London School of Economics, where she focused on the philosophy of AI.
