Foresight Institute is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, which means that the organisation is entirely funded by your donations, and that your donations are tax-deductible in the US to the full extent provided by law.

What your donation unlocks: To translate the expertise of 10+ years of technical competitions for advancing biotechnology, nanotechnology, and computation into consistent long-term progress, this year we grew our program and further strategized the creation of outcome-specific interest groups. 

Invited participants in these groups include leading scientists, entrepreneurs and institutional allies across the world, as well as Foresight Fellows and supporters. Each group is connected by a virtual community and meets monthly online to focus on advancing a crucial aspect of their field, guided by invited keynote speakers. 

1. Foresight Biotechnology & Health Group: This group of biotechnology experts and investors focuses on advancing foundational progress on preventative and rejuvenative technologies to guarantee long healthy lives for humans.
2. Foresight Molecular Machines Group: This group of nanotechnology-focused scientists cooperates to spur long-term progress on molecular machines by advancing the work of selected Foresight Feynman Prize winners, and those likely to win in the future, to create atomically precise applications in energy, medicine, and materials science. 
3. Foresight Intelligent Cooperation Group: This group of experts in computer science, cryptography, AI and related fields focuses on advancing applications that increase cooperation among human and emerging intelligences and defend against future automated digital and physical threats.
4. Neurotechnology: This group consists of neuroscience researchers, entrepreneurs, and allies advancing beneficial short-term and long-term neurotechnology applications. 
5. Space: This group of experts includes 200 researchers, entrepreneurs, and funders cooperating to advance progress in the field, from near-term applications to long-term exploration.

What your donation allows us to do: As Patron or Sponsor, your donation allows the Foresight community to excel and propel their projects toward actionable positive futures. Your donation directly supports our accelerator groups, our next generation and their projects through our incredibly esteemed Fellowship and Prodigy program, as well as Prizes awarded for exemplary impact in the fields of health extension, molecular machines, and intelligent cooperation.
